Important Information

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Shipping charges will be determined by weight.
  • Payment must be received when your order is placed.
  • Checks will be accepted but must clear before order is processed. Cashiers checks, Organizations checks or PAYPAL payments are preferred.
  • If you require expedited shipping and we are able to accommodate your schedule, you will be billed for special shipping such as 2nd day, overnight, etc…
  • We reserve the right to show samples of you logo proof via email or hard copy to other potential customers. These samples are only shown to give other potential customers an idea of the work, setup and/or design we can provide.

PLEASE REMEMBER, THERE ARE NO CHARGES FOR ARTWORK, WITH YOUR ORDER. WE MUST REPRODUCE IT TO CREATE YOUR CUSTOM ORDER.

  • We are unable to provide artwork free of charge, without an order…..We work diligently to provide top of the line artwork in a timely manner and will retain the funds necessary to compensate our designers.
  • If printing has started on your order, we will not refund any part of your payment and will ship your order to the delivery address listed on the order at its completion.
  • If your BOD requires a physical sample, we will gladly mail out samples of other magnet/decals we've completed. If you must have your logo/colors for a sample, there's a $125 charge. This charge is due to the time involved in setting up your order, stopping a printer, and printing off you one physical sample. This charge is not refundable.
  • We hope samples of other logos will be just what you need to see our Fade Resistant Inks, Bright Colors and designs to make an informed decision.

If you want Magnets or Window decals, Car Tags, License Plates, or other Logo-specific items, simply email us your logo and colors, let us know how many you want and we’ll send you a total price!

  • We make ordering simple. Just email your logo, colors and quantity of which item(s) you want. We'll send you a confirmation email making sure we understand everything you want. Once you confirm this, we'll process your order and get your invoice to you.
  • We will send you a proof for approval and won't print anything until it's just the way you want it.
  • We ask for 7-14 business days turnaround time.
  • If you have an idea for a custom magnet, let us know. We can make it for you.
  • We make larger magnets & Window/Car Decals so if these sizes aren’t what you’re looking for, just send us an email and we’ll give you a price on a larger size.
  • We don’t have an online form because someone always has a question and should be able to reach out via email or phone instead of waiting around hoping the “Form” is understood. You can't always get everything the exact way you want it with a form.
